We don’t knowingly allow someone who is sick to get too close with their germs. The same could/should be said of negative energy – be responsible for the energy you bring into a space, and mindful of how you allow others to move through your space. Energy effects everything.

What kind of energy do you bring into this space? How can you be more mindful of that energy? 3+ sentences and respond to one other post.

  2. I have a more of a rhetorical type of attitude. I have a sassy personality, so i bring in a sort of sassy energy, but I get the work done while trying to have fun. When I get negative energy from a classmate, I sort of just keep to myself for the rest of the class and do what I need to do.

  3. I think I bring in a positive energy. I try to be helpful and not micromanage everyone so much, so it allows them to have some more freedom. To be mindful of this energy I try not to do bring personal feelings into the classroom, and hold back negative comments. I try to give positive and helpful feedback. It's very important to stay positive, so that everyone feels comfortable and like they are appreciated.

  4. My energy depends heavily on my mood. When I am in a good mood i bring a happy upbeat energy. When i am in a bad mood I bring a dull negative energy. I can be mindful by really thinking about how my energy affects people and being in a good mood more often.

  5. The energy I bring into this space is calm and quiet. I could be mindful of this by trying to talk more and try to be a little more comfortable around my classmates. By being mindful I mean how I can actually get out of being quiet and talk more with my classmates.

  8. My energy depends on my mood. If I'm not happy, or if I'm upset then I'll probably be kinda mean or just be in a mood. But usually I'm a really happy and out going person and I laugh a lot, not on purpose though like sometimes I really can't help it. But other than that, I'm a pretty positive person, I just want to be more involved and get more comfortable with everyone in class. Except Zach, he's always bullying me lol
